Following on from my ongoing dispute with ModelsportRC (Italy), where they have illegally taken payment for my goods without any intention to deliver the items. Under international consumer law regarding Non-delivery of products & services, it is illegal for you to accept payment without intending to supply. I have been advised by, ICPEN (International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network) - and Australian Consumer Affairs; that the nature and intent of your enforcement of an NDA to me in your sales contract is highly illegal and deceptive practice.
