Worst company to deal with, always lie and got some rubbish excuse for their incompetency (always sick or not feeling well or I was away with family on fishing trip). If you got year's and 1000's of dollars to waste then contact Zero Mortgage. As name states "ZERO MORTGAGE" you'll get ZERO loans done. I contacted Zero mortgage in September 2021 for refinance via Facebook and it took them almost 6 months to settle 1 refinance even after numerous calls, emails and SMS, another 2-3 months to settle 2nd refinance and I gave up after 2-3 months of wait for 3rd refinance to settle and pulled my application back, so I think contacting Zero Mortgage was my biggest mistake of life.
