I have video's, from teenagers, making use of the swimmingpool area with very loud music, starting some weeks at 3.20pm in the afternoon, i presume after school? no supervision, small people swimming and screaming between the four walls, untill all the dogs are going crazy. I normally have to close my laptop down, and make excuses to my customers (working from home) for the noise, as i cannot conduct any teams meetings in this regard with the racket that goes on. If you stand in front of Avon Air gate, there is this " huge" board with rules, do's and don'ts. but unfortunately no " person" to take responsibility for the tennants behaviour. or/ the people just don't adhere to the rules, as there is NO ONE, to enforce them making the neighbouring estates not happy. There is a "petition" going on at the moment, to stop this. At night, hiding behind the walls of the swimmingpool, they make a noise. The security have tried once or twice to stop them, or quiet them down, but they just don't care. Dare to ask them to please be a little bit softer, they tell you straight " this is NOT your complex" we can do what we want! And there you have it. There is no number to complain, and if you do, the " people" at the office is asking " " WHY IS NOBODY IN THE COMPLEX COMPLAINING " but we don't go there, as we will be labelled as racist. Lovely complex, friendly people, such a pity, it is a problem
