I went to this clinic on 03/10/2022 @ 630pm due to my 3 years old daughter fell down and bleeding on her forehead. When i reached the clinic, the old lady asst. clinic even not show empathy and sit still while talking to the client. I tell her that this is an emergency and need to seek doctor consultation. She don't even look at my daughter and mentioned this is not an emergency case as she is not fainted. Adding that still many patient waiting and suggest me go to other clinic. The face impression not so friendly and not so keen to help. I believe the Doctor able to listen to the conversations as i raise my voice while talking as not satisfied with the response. This clinic should train their staff on how to attend to the patient especially on emergency case. Very disappointed with the service.
