I wish to lodge a complaint concerning the connection meter separation fees charged to me on of K4, 366.78 instead of the K769 as per a quotation issued by ZESCO.The reason that was given to me was that connection fees have been adjusted upwards.This was done at Livingstone ZESCO offices. I need your intervention because connection fees have not been adjusted for the past 17 year according to my knowledge. Thanking you in advance.
