Fraudulent driving schools in Namibia Classic driving school owned by Simeon Efraim, he disappears when clients make payments, sometimes gives silly excuses but never shows up, sometimes he agrees to refund his victims/clients but never does, he proved to be a pathological liar, and his victims are increasing every day. The driving school is registered under Classic Boss investments cc, it is discovered that he mainly operates from Swakopmund and Windhoek, including nearby towns. The driving school industry in Namibia is unregulated hence the increasing incidences of fraud. Like other suspicious driving schools, Classic driving school has no registered business address. This is a callout for everyone to not do business with Simeon Ephraim of Classic Driving school. Beware he is a criminal and a fraud.
