Helo I’m Fizah here, 04/10/22 9.58am I went to GLORY -PERSONAL CARE25 MM , and purchase some stuff, when I make payment I think my card paywave is some problems or the machine problem I’m not sure but the cashier way of handled me is worst service , I think the management never send her for any courses for how to handle the customer, no smiley face, sleepy face, work with badmood, no greeting no thanks at all bad customer service very disappointed.please help her to go for courses better she can learn more about cashiering service. Thank you.
