Dunkin' Donuts Head Office - Bad customer service

Customer service is extremely not acceptable. Staff have no hospitality; rude and aggressive in any comments highlighted to them ; they dont use any thermometer to maintain the tempreture with no tempreture consistency completely for the latte; cappuccino; etc., its either cold or extreemly boiling hot with burned bubbly milk! Shop in the non-smoking section is infested with flies. Management need to look into this and don't think because of the low prices you can keep loyal customers! It's all about quality and service wich unfortunately in several occasions is not founded specifically in the shop located in Makkah road near Aloft Hotel. Do some mystery shopper exercises; make a survey for your customers to understand them more. As a brand you are no more just a grab and go with bigger competition in ambiance and quality versus price from other brand in the market. Many thanks hoping from a loyal customer since 30 years to accept my insights considering the same as an added value and not pinpointing on issues related to your brand. Best of luck
