I've given a two because the photos are good. However the professionalism is quite shocking in my opinion - no contract given which means both parties own copyright of the photos and permission needs to be seeked for use by either party (other than the intended domestic use). However my child's photo has been distributed on 5000 leaflets and they have no idea were they were distributed to and I only found out about this at least 3 months later by a relative spotting one in a local shop - bad business ethics.
