It should be 0 rating! Had the most horrible experience here with the practice manager and a receptionist who are both racists. They have a duty to provide access to health care to tangata whenua but they denied my 2 year old medical care because she was with me instead of her pākeha father who the receptionist is friends and neighbours with. My daughter is enrolled here so should have access to this service that she is entitled to as a child! Back in 2021 when my daughter had an appointment the receptionist told another worker to change my daughter's ethnicity to māori because they would get more money that way. My daughter is not your centre's paycheck. In June 2022, I called to ask about my daughter and make an appointment for her if necessary- this receptionist hang up on me. I called back again and she hung up on me again which caused me to go in and see what her problem was. When I entered i could see her making eyes at the practice manager to signal I was standing at reception. She did not deny hanging up on me twice. The practice manager tried to gaslight me, put me down as a mother and threaten me with the racist local police who like to shoot Māori dead for no reason. They ignored my Privacy request for the camera footage and recording of the phone call of what happened in an attempt to stop me from holding them accountable. Now they are posting fb posts using māori words in an attempt to make it look like they aren't racist. They also blocked me from commenting on their posts because they are trying to hide from being held accountable. It may take me a while but I will ensure you are both held accountable for treating myself and my daughter this way. Racist colonisers.
