I have serviced my car a number of times in kl and I’m very happy with the service TC provides. However after coming to sabah ( for work purposes), I’m forced to service my car here. This is the second time I’ve serviced my car in Sandakan, been left to wait from 8.30 am-2 pm, service was done at 11.30, but was promised a complimentary car wash and made to wait till 2pm. Was offered a coupon for car wash on both occasions but every time I came I was told that it’s full, come back another day. If you can’t cope why offer this service to your customers. I hope and pray this is the last time I service my car here. Slow and poor service. Each service costs me 400-700. Is this the kind of service you provide! You have no regard for customers. Some of us are here on our own, no family to drive us home, spending money on GRAB cuz of you inefficiency cuz the waiting times are crazy even if it’s not a major service, even if an appointment has been made and the customer has showed up on time!
