An organization that completely doesn't care about its customers. They have an idiotic "system" (which they created), which doesn't allow you to take time off unless you say on specific dates in advance. That makes sense only if they want to charge people for not even coming there, they care only about getting more money but not about the comfort of the client. Completely terrible management.
