Stay away from this store Oksana’s store if you don’t want to get stressed. They are bunch of lier with very poor customer service. Once they got your money they don’t care about you anymore. How important this is to you, reasons why you are spending for expensive dress and how you feel as a customer. They are just nice while they are convincing you buy but after that, if you have problems, not their problems anymore. We came to Sunridge location last Oct 7, 2022 and found a gown for my daughter but not her size. The lady who assisted us said she can order and it will be available for pick up in two weeks. So we push through with the order paid half and was told they will just call us. 1 month has passed no calls from them, so we called them and was told that the estimated arrival is Nov 30. Keep calling them and finally yesterday they said the gown is now at Cross Iron and will be in Sundridge in the morning. Since we are in a hurry as if we need to do some alteration. I told them that we will be there after work. When we got there drove far just to be told the dress is still in CrossIron as the car of whoever broke down. Even asked them to confirmed so we can head to Cross Iron, they got the other half payment so it will ready when we get there. To cut the story short we didn’t get the dress was told not yet there still in warehouse with another lies that that did not fit in the car with other dresses. We spoke to the owner if not mistaken, with bad bad service as we are asking to have it delivered for the hassle it caused us and she replied “we are not delivery company” and keep on denying things that really pisses us off and take note no sorries came from their mouth no sympathies, we refund the dress and we will be happy to get the gown elsewhere who are sincere to their customers.
