WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN- INCLUDING BIBA!!!!!!!!! Lies about using OPALEX, saw on other reviews same thing. Came in to get an ombre look asked to have my roots brought down while the blonde creeped up in a blended look. Was seated with a hairdresser who not only didnt explain properly (although I repeatedly asked questions to understand) what was going to happen but was also very rude. Instead of filling hair to make it all even they slapped on dye onto my roots ( I asked them not too color my roots) they then became red in the light. Gave me a cut off regrowth look and blotchy uneven coloring because they have zero knowledge about hair. Once it was finished and the hairdresser gave me a (supposed to be) straight cut, which even I with no training could tell was so uneven, they took photos as it was nighttime and dark in the store as well as poorley light. These photos hid how badly splotchy it was because they didnt do the proper steps to blend hair like hairdressers with experience actually know about. You may want to go here because of the few "good" reviews but its NOT WORTH IT!!!, better to go to a hair salon where they know what they are doing and they wont charge you 170$ to look like a drug addict. Had to then spend 300$ to fix my hair, the hairdressers couldn't believe the terrible color I was given and the lack of general hairdressing knowledge they had. I lost half of my hair due to the damage. Refused a refund claiming it looked good when I left (bad lighting can hide alot of things and I sure as hell did not tamper with my hair) YOU MAY WANT TO RISK IT BECAUSE ITS CHEAP BUT A CHEAP HAIRDRESSER WILL GIVE YOU AN EVEN CHEAPER LOOK. Please save yourself the heartache and dont risk it, its just really not worth it.
