Had an unexpected turn of events which lead me to trying to urgently book a very last minute room to stay for the night via booking.com. Contacted Nitel and spoke to someone by the name of Rina (sp?) who was nothing short of miserable, rude, unhelpful and provided entirely different information about the stay, compared to the three other people I had to recontact after being hung up on multiple times, just to be told all completely different answers to my issue as well. After no help from Rina, I was stressed without a place to stay for the night, but finally managed to find a place without their help or stress. Wouldn’t ever recommend dealing with their misinformed customer service team.
