I called asking questions as to how much they are charging per hour and I made a booking @2.30pm and he asked me to call back around 1.45pm. So I asked him why must I call back since I have made my booking. He answered me raising his voice by saying my booking is confirm and that he just wants me to call back. His voice tone and his way of answering is very annoying and sound so unprofessional. He is not fit to be at the front line. So I told him I cancel my booking.
