Never have I tried a Lechon that was so flavorful. Almost all the parts had taste and there was no longer a need for a sauce. They however have a free 1 liter of seasoned vinegar that goes with every order. I love the taste of their lechon and they deliver on time. Boarcher is definitely a keeper and I will be ordering again from them for our next family events.
