We were in the Clothing shop in Dullstroom this past weekend on Saturday 27th April 2019 and the sales lady - Malebo Shai was not friendly or helpful at all and we were the only people in the shop! She was busy on her cell phone (not on a call) . She did not greet us when we entered the shop and she was did not want to leave her chair to assist and find us the correct size shirt or show us where the specific shirts were kept that we were looking for. I asked her to please come and assist us as it was her job to help clients find the product and what size they are looking for and not sit on your chair behind the counter playing on your phone instead of assisting people. She did so with much attitude! She then shouted some comment to us when we walked out the shop - after purchasing the said item. Not a happy client and will never return to that shop or recommend it to anyone.
