Last year when i worked i Malmö i visited Clemens meat every day cause it's close from work.The food was fantastic and so well cooked and the staff amazing and helpful both in the restaurant and in the meat shop.Sadly i can't say the same this time.The raw beef is changed to a uneatable dish whit no matching flavors at all.Their fries taste cheap and feels like papier mache and have no texture.Even their classic meatballs has lost their charm and are either overcooked and burned or the mashed potato is blend and feels like glue in the texture.The coldcut plate is really small and the pieces of pate are tini tiny like dices of a game of Yazy and the Parma ham was cut see-through-thin and had no flavor at all.An extra downside to it is that it is clearly a more unexpirienced staff now day's who mostly are too busy on their cellphones to do nice service both in the open kitchen and behind the meat counter.The boss who's not available and cant be find anywhere by the staff if they want to have help in the meat counter is a real set back when you want to buy you some meat.I'm sad that i lost one of my favorite spots to eat in Malmo
