My name Grace and I had viral fever on 29th apr and walk in to this klinik.The doctor treated me well and there was no comment on the doctor.I really want to complaint on the staff ....I am covered under mi care medical card.Due to high fever the doctor need to do blood check up and as I know I am fully covered under mi care medical card.However the receptionist said no and took from me rm27.00. I told her to call and check with micare but nothing was done until a week later I had call micare and they agree to refund me back the amount.I wonder why dont the klinik educate their staff???Furthermore I came to collect the money few days later and the same staff was so rude to me.She shouted at me by telling I had call u so many times no answer.In the first place why did they take my money???why the staff that refund my rm27 for blood check up was so rude???
