Customer service is worst. Unfriendly people at the reception. Late opening hours than advertised. Do not issue offIcial receipts @ B.I. R. Region 3. No lifeguard, instead a waiver will be provided for you to sign. Lots of mosquitoes. No clear signages of the pool's depth and handles along pool sides.
