I have just called 043 7452313 and Ms Ngcaku answered the call. I, as a concerned mother, was trying to assist my son, who is now in CT with the arrangement for him to have his licence redone. This I believe, thanks to the clarity given during the call was due to a recall of licences by Pretoria well covered in the news. I am grateful for the kind and professional manner I was dealt with. I have not received notice as to when I can collect my drivers license, and nobody ever answers the phone when I call. I have been struggling for 3 months and it is very out of my way to just pop past all the time. In order to get there I have to make arrangements and cannot do that if I do not know if my stuff is ready yet.
