Rap N' Roll - Charcoal onion and chicken wrap

Asking for a wrap with chicken cheese and bbq sauce with slaw, was my first mistake. Greeted with confusion and a firm response of "we dont do that". I was puzzled and explained that they had all the ingredients even though it hadnt been established as a "chalk board menu item". I was told i need to ask for a chicken kebab with the ingrediants i liked. Sure, ok. I then watched on as the woman behind the counter moved charcoal scrappings in with cooked onion and already slightly burnt chicken that had been sitting on the grill plate waiting patiently for the next victim. Once the new onion had been grilled to perfection by their standards (charcoal dust), it was all scrapped off the grill plate and shuffled into the waiting wrap. Apparently charcoal is the craze at the moment but this was taking it to a new level. I still couldn't tell you exactly what was in the burnt mixture. I won't be returning.
