One of your female officer on 21/1/23 @8.15pm, I was just walk in there and park my luggage wish to get a blue container to put phone, bags and any small items in my pocket 1st but she refuse to give me the blue container keep ask me put my luggage into the checking machine when I was not ready and I am very sure that I didn't block anyone at that moment, I ask my husband to help me put my luggage on the checking machine but she asking me why I can't put it on myself? I am not sure what is going on with it, but this female officer is acting rude atitude. Buat kerja kastam je bukan kerja yg sangat highclass tapi officer kamu act like dia sangat highclass nak ajar org macam mana buat, checking luggage saja I tak bawah apa apa yang tak Blh masuk dlm tapi ini orang punya atitude memang ada masalah.
