Booked island hopping with snorkeling, banana boat ride and helmet diving with mega paraw and was PROMISED a big boat and sumptuous buffet for lunch, come tour time TINY boat arrived with no ROOF or sun shelter of any kind, so I informed the person who booked us and apparently a small boat is provided for small groups, we're about 30pax, but he failed to inform us, first island(puka Beach) the boat man parked in the farthest corner of the island then just let us off the boat without any info on how long we have to stay in the island, NO COORDINATOR from Mega Paraw was around to assist us so again I had to call the person who booked us, come lunch time, we got 2 miniscule pieces of pork BBQ, 1 tiny tiny fried fish, very little portion of chicken adobo and some veggies and was told when I asked that we can only get seconds if we use our old plates that I had to wash again before using due to it being visibly unclean despite being just washed, it was actually disgusting. We were not able to eat our meals but I opted to see if there are still food available for second servings if one would want but NOTHING was on the table but food scraps and disgusting food containers. On our helmet dive after a very brief briefing on our while under the water me and a colleague suffered cuts from the sharp stones in the water, very painful! It was really hard to breath as if you have to hyper ventilate to get some air I guess due to the fact that VERY LITTLE oxygen was being sent to the helmet, I can speak from experience as I have done scuba diving before although I am not an expert, water was cloudy, our faces in the Pic and video was unrecognizable, when 1 of us wanted to go back up, despite giving a thumbs up signal many many times the the only 2 divers was not assisting her so I looked around and saw at least three other people beside me that is not from our group and I saw 2 being being assisted down by the diver before my colleague who was already panicking was assisted to go up. In conclusion MEGA PARAW cannot deliver to services promised and puts the life of its' clients in GRAVE DANGER, I therefore WARN other TRAVELLER'S NOT to use their services for safety and enjoyment reasons.
