I bring to your attention that the external swing door to the elevator at ground floor level does not close freely. Therefore if one is inside the elevator, it will not operate unless someone outside in the lobby pushes the door closed for one. Similarly, when a person leaves the elevator at ground floor level, the door will not close behind that person and it is then impossible to summon the elevator from on of the upper levels. This should be easy enough to fix and I ask that you attend to this immediately. Please confirm when it has been fixed. Thank you
