The atmosphere around the 240th Starbucks and Dewdney trunk road has defiantly darkened since Pavi was transferred and left this location. The new manager is unfriendly the workers are looking stressed out and are also looking unhappy with the new manager. I go to this location every morning for over 3 years. I now have changed this habit and go to a different coffee shop where ironically I bump into most of the customers that used to go to 240Th st Starbucks!! ... wierd! or is it? Bring back PAVI !!!... and you will see a big difference in work performance customer experiences. I went to that location because I left there feeling happier and had a sense that they do care how your day is going and always greeted with kind happy words. I hope you find my complaint truthful an on point.
