Shore Residences is an exceptional place to stay, all the staff are courteous and accommodating. The lobby and the amenities are spotless. The problem that I encountered was the rude agent named ONNIE MIRANDA. The rooms, we stayed in overnight with my family, were Tower A 232, Tower B 229, Tower D 208 and 211 were filthy and crawling with cockroaches, especially at night. The towels were left damp, in the wardrobe, draped over the clothes rod. I would give these four units and this agent a 0 star if possible.
