Terrible customer service, only one register open (as usual) Asked if another register could be opened. Was repeated back to me oh you want us to open another register. The Coles woman made a big deal out of opening another register so I told her don't worry about it .. had to put a whole trolley full of groceries through self service with two young children. Left feeling furious. Tried calling to speak to the manager the phone rang out twice.
