The state of welch ladang is only sawing their highly production on Sime Harby head office for ratting good, but their payments of labours is very very low,I am an employee of this states.As an employee of foreiners I am not feel comfortable to work here in Welch ladang state,becouse of salary.I am just upset... I have a requested to my new Indians who want to applied or want to be come to Malaysia of the company of Sime Darby Plantation Company, Please do not come here....Had more of Companies here in Malaysia,please try there.....Thank You.
