I paid a lot of money for an overpriced saucepan set but my heat control for the skillet stopped working after about 18months so I used the other one for the rice cooker. That one also stopped working after a short time only to be told its no longer under warranty So I have to pay $50+ $20 for postage for each heat controller. Too bad I wasn't told the heat controls are junk I wouldn't have bought it. I could have bought a $30 special frypan from K-Mart which would have lasted a lot longer. Also why is it so hard to find the Brisbane phone number for Saladmaster? I had to Google Victoria branch.
