Ava’s Boutique Hair - Unprofessional.

Completely rude and unprofessional. I've worked in customer service for years and I am always a super understanding customer myself, So I very rarely make any complains. But I HAVE to this time because NO ONE should waste money on this buisness. HONESTLY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Jayme is the owner and only operated of her buisness "Avas boutique hair". She has taken my money for a "deposot", cancelled on me for my wedding which I was very understanding about considering the circumstances (COVID-19) and then when I tired to be reasonable to sort out getting a partial refund she then stopped replying then blocked me. So I am now down $225. The thing that annoyed me the most is she cancelled because she couldn't do it in half and hour and wasn't willing to travel out of home however she then replaced my timeslot with another appointment for a diffrent client wanting dreadlocks (before even cancelling with me)-Which deffiently is not an half an job so technically not allowed either, however, she still completed it in one sitting. She is completely unreasonable and not worth your time.
