Booked this in November this for July 2023, at the time of booking, we were never presented with terms and conditions. The host and my family had a video call last Monday, to discuss our booking due to it being a wedding. When asked the host to clarify costing, the host turned aggressive, rude and racist. We then decided we cannot work with a person who is not professional to consider the customers point of view of how they want to plan their wedding. We requested to cancel and be refunded our deposit. The host refused, saying we needed to see the terms and conditions. We were sent this on 18th March 2023 , for the first time. We didn't sign the document, only paid our deposit. We have not come to an amicable agreement and sought to have our wedding elsewhere. Please be wary of getting the terms and conditions upfront, would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
