I have been using this connection for about a year now and this is worst that I have experienced so far. They say that they provide 10mbps connection for Tk. 1000 but most of the time their connection is either down or faces fiber issues and also the download speed rarely goes up 100kbps. Even YouTube videos stuck almost 98% of the time. And from 7pm to 2am if I want to do something on my laptop, most of the time I have to use Mobile Data and connect to my laptop using Mobile Hotspot. I’m getting a new connection now. You should get someone else too.

শেষ তিন দিন ধরে আর জে কম্পিউটারের নেট কানেকশন নাই। এটা তাদের কোন খবরই নাই। সকাল থেকে ফোন করছি, সেটাও ধরছে না।মানুষের টাকা গুলো মাস শেষে ঠিকই নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। আর ধরে রাখবো না তাদের কানেকশন। আজই শেষ।
