I did not proceed with my appointment because the receptionist gave me a terrible attitude just because I did not answer her calls prior my time slot (I don’t answer unknown numbers whichc is advisable for security!) I did respond to her text when they introduced themselves, I replied ”I am on the way” . I came 5 mins late only and she is obviously frustrated at me. I asked if there are reservations after me, there wasn’t any! so I am shocked of her behavior, why she rushed me. I kept chill at all times, but she was condescending “tinatawagan ko po kayo di kniyo po ba nakita” (three times) she said she’ll put my companion on the waiting list. (Rudely). As the receptionist she could have explained professionally and ask if I’d like to move my appointment time. I will politely obliged because I understand policies. Sadly, she’s not a professional receptionist. I canceled my slot, explaining that the atmosphere is not nice. She lost 2 regulars forever. French Tips management please pay attention to this. (I come to their spa every so often, so it is the first time that I encountered this behavior although I always notice that she is rude to her staff)
