Don't hire him! He lies, and takes your money. I had an eviction case and unfortunately hired Mr Adviento. He filed the wrong 60-day notice for eviction and now. Didnt know about the new laws. I have to start all over again. He refuses to return my $$$2000 that I wasted on him. He will not answer your emails either.
