I urge you not to make use of this company. We have gotten to the point of frustration that we have now involved the police, as we can only assume that all our boxes and furniture have been stolen. Elize asked us to pay in December so that we can be the first load in January. Today is the 30 March and they still have not delivered our goods. They do not want to send us proof that our goods still exist and when they do reply to our whats apps (they don't take calls anymore), all they do is apologise and say that it will arrive the following week. This has gone on for weeks/months now. Albreght has been of no help either as he refers us back to Elize. Their service was truly incredible up until we made payment. We presume something has happened to their business this year as their reviews were good until the end of 2022. We suspect our money and goods have been used to recover their losses. Don't hesitate to go to the police for a case number. The police flagged a number of concerns when we revealed our story. The saddest part of all is what we paid does not compare to the value of what we sent. So many of our items are sentimental to us as it has been passed down from family members that are no longer with us. We feel so helpless in this situation.

Good day Tamlyn One of my family member experince the same type of service of this company and we needed to pay a other movieng company money just to move the furniture and when we ask for a refund they have excuse after excuse. We are busy with a case aganst them so that other people don't experince the same thing. Thanks for your review.
