Citylink Butterworth - Worst service ever!

The worst service I could say. When I checked the status of my parcel with the tracking number, it stated that it was out for delivery on 5th Feb 2021 (Fri) @ 18:48PM but until now, 9th Feb 2021 I haven't receive my things yet. Called the B'worth branch few times 3 days in a row, no ans at all so called the hotline number more than 10 times, they just transferred all the calls to CS which also doesn't get through at all. Everytime I called and tell my story to each and every hotline call receiver, they just asked me to wait and transfer the call to CS. Yesterday call them and shouted "How many times do guys wanna transfer the calls and the calls hang up, then I call again to story my issue here". After that, the girl in the call said wait a moment, I will put through the call until the customer service ans your call. Luckily, a girl from CS answered and I told what happened and everything. Once she checked, she said it is out for delivery then I said I never receive my parcel at all till now. Even I called the B'worth branch so many times, no answer at all. Then she said will contact the B'worth branch and the get back to me. After an hour, a guy from CS called me back and asked my details and then he informed that there are some issues with the delivery guy and the B'worth branch is in the midst of checking it with the delivery guy it seems. They will contact back once check out what's the issue. My question here is that until when I need to wait for my parcel. If you guys couldn't give a good service they why the purpose of you guys doing this business? We are paying for our goods including the delivery charges and it is not being delivered as promised within the time period. Are you guys cheating us? Who gonna bear our money back? Worst ever service I experienced! Not recommended at all!
