I have been using Mingara One Fitness for many years, and while their facilities are excellent, the system they use for gym membership/personal training sessions is not, and it is easy to end up with direct debits you do not know about. Then if you apply for a refund for sessions that could never have been used due to serious injury/surgery, they will not refund anything (even if presented with medical certificates). This happened to my wife in 2016, costing us around $2,000. This is contrary to the NSW Fair Trading Fitness Industry Code of Practice and is not good enough for a Community Club.
