We came home with an empty box. We were on a shopping trip with a list on sale. First we went to Mömax in Villach. We bought an driller. Then we went to 3 more shops. As we came home we unpacked everything we bought and build three chairs together from another buy. I alsoMömax took our dog for an walk. As I came home my hubby showed me the empty box we bought from Villach. It didn't appear empty as the box was medium heavy. All they said was we should have realized that the box was empty and we get no replacement and no money black as they agro that we are liars,and that with an very unfriendly face and half a smile. We will certainly never visit or buy from Mömax Villach
