Studio tattoo Ajsi - Poorly done work, no refund, no customer service

These are scammers, very unskilled and producing poor work. They shamelessly take advantage of the fact that the police don’t respond to complaints about poor-quality services, deceive people, and when the result is terrible, they blame you. As a bonus, they were rude and refused to give me a refund. Henna tattoo, that they did on my hand, was just terrible, didn't have any similarities with a reference that the tattoo artist approved day before. Employees were trying to convince me that the tattoo looked fine and would become much prettier once the henna was washed off. When I asked how that could be possible, given that it was poorly drawn and completely different from what I had asked for, they ignored the question. I asked several times to wash off the design right there in the salon because I didn’t want to walk around with this mess on my arm, but they didn't allow me to. Another great argument was that if it had been a permanent tattoo, they would have drawn it properly, because "each line is checked," but with henna you should lower expectations. I was advised by the police that legal action might be the only way to resolve the issue, which would likely be more costly. It’s the perfect environment to scam people, especially tourists. They take money upfront, do unprofessional job, and being rude if you don't like it. After washing off the henna after 2 hours, it wasn't better. It became clear that the design was unevenly applied, with some parts significantly lighter than others. Fortunately, this tattoo washes off faster than was promised. Also, I remind you that they didn’t issue me a receipt, and all requests for one have been ignored. If you find yourself in a similar situation, write complaints with the tax authorities (it's AADE in Greece) and customer protection services to protect other people from such mistakes.
