Hello. I came today 21.06.2001 with my kids, 1 year old son and 10 year old daughter. My son doesn’t want to go anywhere without his older sister and at the desk, Stephanie (your employee) told us the 10 year old sister is not allowed. I understand the rules, but Stephanie had zero compassion and understanding for our situation and was very rude. That is not someone I would want to greet my customers. My son was crying and just wanted his sister to be in there with him. We would have paid for her as a child but she would have been the adult supervising him. These rules make absolutely no sense, as my 10 year old daughter has the mature level of a legal adult and spends most of her time with her little brother. How can you speak for every family? Maybe she is his babysitter or care taker! How can an adult be allowed in and a mature child who takes care of the little one not? If the problem was weight I would understand but clearly it is not about weight. It feels as if your company just does not want children to have fun, and I don’t see any other reason why she would be not allowed. We will never be coming back and will not be recommending our family and friends this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Your rude employees should not be working at a children’s center.
