Management is poor. Specifically the manager Leonida Justiniano. They have made an error in my motorcycle's OR and CR. We have requested to have it fixed but they cannot provide resolution. YEARS have passed but they still cannot provive my corrected registration. The motorcycle HAS BEEN in full but they are not giving the original OR and CR. A staff named Apple (secretary?) Is so rude and reasoning out on a sarcastic manner. Even shouting at the customer despite of being wrong. Manager and staffs refuses to provide a contact person for escalation. Hope tje higher management will investigate on this as there has been multiple customers witj the same concern.
