I ordered pizza at 19: 40. i didn’t get anything until 20: 50, I called them and was angry why they couldn’t deliver even in 1 hour as promised. I have a small 6 year old who passed swimming exam. It was a treat for her, she was asking me every 10 minutes if it has come. I couldn’t accept their apology. I told them that they should have told earlier. But asked them to deliver soon and cut the call. They canceled the order and didn’t even tell me until I called them again at 21: 15. I didn’t talk any wrong words but was upset for not delivering over an hour. For that they canceled my order and made my child go hungry. What can I answer a hungry 6 year old. Very very Arrogant people. If you ever had a child or have a child please never ever be their customers.
