My personal experience is mixed - had some good food for fair price, but last time I had to wait for more than one hour for a simple pita bread. Since I had an appointment, I had to leave the restaurant, paid the drinks, but the owner was not very friendly when we left due to his fault. With a home delivery they needed to come 3 times because they forgot stuff and a very salty lasagna. Moreover very recent, they threw out a dog in training for blind people, which is illegal as well. It even reached the local newspapers... So - if you are in luck, you can get good food in time on fair prices, but chances are that you won't get any food at all... They need to go back to the basics, I think...
