Very rude behavior from the personnel. Especially a "lady" that seemed to be the manager/owner was behaving very rudely to both guests and the rest of the personnel. It is supposed to be a beach cafe/bar but when they "smell" that can get a higher turnover from people who want to eat any of their snacks, they start to be very "pushy" to others who are there just for a drink or a coffee. After you sit in one of the tables and you order your coffee, you are informed that tables are only for food (no such signalization) and should use one of the 5-10 stools they have. How is this called...how is this called? Ah, yes! Fraud! Cherry on the cake: the aforementioned "lady" manager/owner made a complaint to one of my mates who is temporarily going around with walking sticks because they "were dripping water and wetting their floor" after he took a shower with them (he cannot walk without them). The beach of Agios Thomas itself is one of the best and most beautiful places to go swimming in the region of Southern Cephalonia but the guys of Tratamento are giving it a bad image with their "professionalism". They have the only cafe bar on this beach, so you can easily understand their monopolistic mentality. I spend my holidays every year in this region of the island but I promised myself not to spend another dime in this "centre of poor behavior".
