Where do I start with the useless service I got and am getting from Sandton city istore. Sunday(03/10/21) my mom and I went into the sandton city istore to take out a Iphone 12 pro contract. the consultant that helped us done his job well I must say , but his customer service was the worst I've ever seen. He kept his beat earplugs in while speaking to my mom and myself. There was times we would ask questions and he would flat out ignore us. once we filled out all the forms he told us that they need to run a credit score and that would normally take a day. a few hours after that my mom received an SMS from MTN saying her credit was approved, but by that time we left the mall already. We tried phoning iStore Sandton and got no luck. We then phoned MTN and they told us they approved the contract if there is a problem its on the isotres side. Phoned istore and they said no its on MTNs side. I am honestly so disappointed in the service we are receiving and will not keep quite. I will be writing the same review EVERYWHERE I can. I will make sure that anyone that wants to buy an iPhone NOT to ever go to Sandton City iStore because they are terrible.
