Made a booking online with this company and booking date and time were confirmed. Was supposed to pick up the car at Svolvaer airport. However, upon arrival date, no one showed up as confirmed in the booking, tried calling multiple times but to no avail. Went to the airport car rental office, and the Hertz personnel said this wasn't the first time such thing happened with this company. They simply didn't show up and left the customer stranded at the airport, and not picking up calls. Luckily, a new friend met at airport (he rented with Hertz and everything was smooth) drove us to this company's office in Svolvaer. Still, no one was there and not answering calls. Ended up rented a car with Avis (a Lexus at cheaper price than this company's old Opel). Told them the incident and got the same response from them, like Hertz, that this company has bad reputation around the town. Also they shared information that this company's cars are not well maintained and easily break down. Just sharing my experience here, prolly I'm the unlucky one, but Lofoten is not a big place and I believe Norwegians are friendly and good people, but getting such a negative feedbacks from so many people about this company made me wonder how do they even still operate till now.
