I hate the service here, I have been waiting for around 20 minutes for top up my touch n go. The staff there said system down can not top up, but I was seeing the staff help the car owner in front of me top up the touch n go. The staff said that wasn't top up just check balance only. He said if want to top up touch n go must go inside the office. If system down how come he could help the car owner in front of me top up touch n go ? If system down how come he call me go inside office top up touch n go? This staff is telling lie and very rude call me faster go away don't jam at here. If your system down why not close the counter ? Your company hiring a liar and lazy staff. Who is the guy on duty at 5.21pm at 15th September 2016 at the first line top up counter next to the office building ?
