Please inform customers when the meat has been frozen , especially if they want to freeze it. I purchased the incorrect peice of meat ( my fault) for Christmas Day so i wanted to put it in the feeezer, though noticed ice shards on side of meat , i contacted the store and was inforned it had been frozen.please inform customers that meat has been frozed or even pop a sticker on it to inform customer it has been frozen, as we all know what happens when defrosted meat get re -frozen , not the best customer service in this instance.
